The installation crew kept me informed about their arrival time as well as the installation progress. The overall work was done very professionally and they kept the jobsite clean. Incredible customer service from the beginning until the end. I had the honor of working with Skylar who has been a business friend of ours building websites and doing seo for us for a few years and he mentioned solar panels may be a good fit for us. Man was he 100% right! Not only has solar saved our family money but it was totally worth it in doing our part here for the planet. He even gave us a discount for doing business with him on the web development side for years. We would highly recommend the Virtual Solar team and Skylar to anyone who needs any of his services.

After speaking with another solar company we decided to proceed with virtual solar. Skyler was very patient, answering all of our many questions, and keeping us updated as the project progressed. We did experience quite a delay getting a permit from the city, but that was not Virtual Solars fault and they called every couple of weeks with progress reports.

As far as the install itself, everyone from the scheduler to the roof crew and electricians were great to work with. I cannot say enough good things about Virtual Solar

Absolutely amazing experience! From the initial sales walkthrough to installation day, to the continued and personalized care since, we are incredibly happy with the company. We did our fair share of research, and listened to A LOT of sales pitches. Not only was our rep Skylar able to answer all of our questions (two very curious engineers) but he also conveyed the largest sense of pure genuine interest in our care. And that type of care has been the only experience that I have had. What more can you ask for? Overall I had a satisfying experience with Virtual Solar. Skylar explained to us the benefits in detail and helped evaluate our energy bill beforehand. Dynamic was the installer and they were able to complete the project well before the average time frame of 4-6 weeks. The communication throughout was thorough and clear. It has been a couple of months since we went solar and I recommend this company if you are considering it.

Install and customer service have been great with this company. I wanted to wait before writing a review, since most companies are responsive within the first few months, but Virtual Solar have responded positively.
